It looks like you have attempted to integrated using our new WooCommerce option that does not require a ShippingEasy plugin.
Please use the link below to confirm your WooCommerce and WordPress sites meet the minimum requirements.
Beyond that, you will want to make sure that your orders are in a status ShippingEasy can sync. By default, only the following three WooCommerce order statuses sync with ShippingEasy:
