Unable to sync WooCommerce Orders (WP version 4.8.1)


ShippingEasy says my orders have been synced, but they are not appearing. My plugin says that it has not been tested with my current version of WordPress. It also states that it is only compatible up to WP version 3.3.2, but it also states that I have the latest version of ShippingEasy installed. 

I'm not sure if that is the issue with the syncing or not. Also, when I try to enter "ShippingEasy configuration," I receive the message "Sorry you are not allowed to access this page."

Hello Collette, and thank you for posting to our community.

It looks like you have attempted to integrated using our new WooCommerce option that does not require a ShippingEasy plugin. 

Please use the link below to confirm your WooCommerce and WordPress sites meet the minimum requirements.

Beyond that, you will want to make sure that your orders are in a status ShippingEasy can sync. By default, only the following three WooCommerce order statuses sync with ShippingEasy:

  • pending
  • processing
  • on-hold

I am working on this website with Collette - The store is using the most current versions of WordPress and of Woocommerce. None of the articles I am finding in the kb are helpful since none of the options mentioned are even appearing in Woocommerce - ie the shippingeasy error log, or the sync to shippingeasy options in the order. The shippingeasy account shows that it synced this morning, but no orders are showing in the account. the URL is Thanks!
