I have been trying to contact shippingeasy support to add Endicia Pay on Use and cannot get ahold of anyone!

your company has made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to contact anyone to add the Endicia Pay On Use Return Labels onto my account. I have already added the option through Endicia and have agreed to the terms and put the deposit (200) down to use this feature. I have tried to use it and no return label is generating. It says that I need to contact ShippingEasy to have them add this to my account but... I have no option to contact your company or even chat with someone online, no email address and obviously no phone number I can call. This is so frustrating that this is the only way I have to contact someone with your company! Can you please give me a way to contact you?

Hello Kimberly, and thank you for posting to our community.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting in touch with our support staff.

It is true, we do not offer support for the Starter Plan members, but we do offer phone, chat, and email support for Basic Plan members and above. Unfortunately our phone, chat, and email support is limited to paid subscribers, as this allows us to maximize our support resources.

Our Starter members do have the option to search and post in our forums as you have done here, and we try to respond as quickly as possible.

As it turns out, we recently received an email from you and I responded back requesting specific Endicia account details, so we can enable the Pay-on-Use (Scan based) return labels for the correct account.

Please look for my email and send me that information when you get a chance and we will be sure to have that enabled for you as quickly as possible.
