Why am I getting an error:

Label Failed

This is the error we've received from USPS

LOG ID: 32078

Hello Mimi, 

Thank you for your post! 

I took a look at the orders that you received this error on and was able to see the issue. Your store address is currently missing a phone number. You'll want to add in a phone number under your store addresses using the edit option mentioned here.

Once you do this, you can move back to your Ready to Print page and retry these labels and will no longer experience this error!
