Shipping easy account downgraded endicia won't reconnect


My shippingeasy account was downgraded to the free account.  My Endicia won't reconnect now.  It says it's scheduled to be closed.  I need this reactivated and can't find a way to contact shippingeasy.

 Hi Alicia,

Thank you for posting in our forums!

Looking at your ShippingEasy account, I see that Endicia has already closed your two postage accounts.  You should be receiving a refund from Endicia for any remaining postage within a couple of weeks.  I have archived the old accounts so you can register for new Endicia accounts and start shipping again.  If you go to SETTINGS then POSTAGE AND CARRIERS, you should see the blue links to register there. Step-by-step instructions for opening the new postage accounts can be found in the article linked below:
