WooCommerce direct API Integration missing "Customer Comments"


We recently upgraded from the WooCommerce ShippingEasy plugin to the direct ShippingEasy integration with the WooCommerce API. The API integration is working, but not all of the same data is coming through from WooCommerce to ShippingEasy that we used to get via the plugin.

Specifically, the "Customer provided note" on the WooCommerce order used to come through into the "Customer Comment" field on the ShippingEasy order, and this is no longer the case.

Please update the API integration to pull this information as well!



Great news! We recently added support for customer notes on the new WooCommerce Integration. Those notes will pull in just as they did with the Legacy (plugin) integration.
