Adding a new order manually


Im trying to enter my info for a shipping label manually but when I enter it, there is no save button so Im not able to print my posatage

Hi Heather,

Thank you for posting to our forums!

I took a look at your account and the blue save button is showing up on the Manual Orders form on my end.  As such, I would recommend clearing your browser cache:  What to do if I find a page not displaying correctly?.  You could also try another browser and/or zooming out your screen resolution: Why does the ShippingEasy app cut off on my screen?

If those suggestions don't do the trick, please let us know in the comments and include more information about your setup.  Thanks!
