Postage not showing

I have separate First Class and Expedited Indicia accounts.  I entered an order and it was showing no postage available even though I had a balance in my first class account.  This was an Express shipment so I added $10 to the Express Indicia account.  But when I went back to the shipment it was still showing $0 available.  I bought $10 from that screen and could then print the label.  But I still have the $10 showing as a balance and the remaininig $2.70 from the second $10 isn't showing.  How can I get this fixed?  Thanks!  Ron

Hi Ron,

Thank you for posting to our forums!

Looking at your account, I see an Endicia International and Expedited account that has been archived.  That one had the $2.75 balance.  The new Endicia International and Expedited account shows the $10 balance.  I would recommend closing one of those so the funds can be refunded to you. I can assist you with that if you let me know if you would like the one with the $2.75 balance closed or the one with the $10 balance closed.  Please let me know in the comments below.  Thanks!

Hi Melody, 

That's part of the problem.  The one that shows the $10 balance isn't accessible when trying to do the postage from a manually entered order that is ready for payment - it just says $0 available.  However we can get it set up so that the $12.75 total balance shows as being available for an Expedited shipment is how I would like to have it arranged, but not sure which way to do that.  Does this clarify any or does this make it more confusing.  Thanks!  Ron

Hi Ron,

I just switched the account that shows for Endicia International & Expedited. You should see this reflected under Settings then Postage & Carriers.  Would you like me to initiate the closure of the other Endicia International & Expedited account so you are refunded the $10 balance?

Hi Ron,

No problem!

I was able to initiate closure of the other Endicia International & Expedited account.  You should be receiving a confirmation email from Endicia within 48 hours.
