We appreciate you taking the time to post a feature request, however our labels typically do include borders, even when shipping via Storenvy.
Are you able to view the border for the pdf label you received via email, when opening the PDF directly on your computer?
If so, then you may need to make some adjustments to your print settings in the Print Dialog window that appears prior to printing. Sometimes adjusting the size or margins can help your printer capture the complete label.
If your PDF label does not display a border when opening it on your computer, can you forward that to us at email@example.com.
