It would be very helpful if there was alerts when the carrier has a delay and/or the package is stagnant for more than 48 hours- we have no idea until the customer reaches out- by that time the customer is already annoyed - if you could have alerts we could be pro-active and offer customers better support of their purchases if arriving late or not at all.
