To enhance the support you receive from ShippingEasy, we are introducing a new chat widget on October 1, 2021. This new chat widget will allow you to not only search for Knowledge Base articles, but will also allow those with Basic plans and above the ability to chat directly with ShippingEasy support!
The same plan levels that can chat in with ShippingEasy support currently will have access to the chat, talk, and email support options presented in the new widget. Those who are unable to contact support today will still be unable to do so following the switch to the new widget.
Our goal is to make the entire support process more seamless. You will now be able to search for articles and, if you cannot find what you are looking for, immediately engage with ShippingEasy support directly through the same widget.
Within the ShippingEasy application, we are replacing the old "Help Center" widget with a new chat widget where you can interact with ShippingEasy support and search our knowledge base articles.
This is the current location for you to start a chat with ShippingEasy support. This is NOT changing!
This is the Help Center Widget that will no longer be active starting October 1st, 2021.
The new widget can be found on the bottom right corner of the page, as shown below, and the same chat rules apply as when accessing chat from the Need Help menu.
