UPS One Balance Integration Requirements

Connection Requirements:

An active ShippingEasy account
A valid credit card on file for ShippingEasy's One Balance Carriers
A phone number listed in the Account Settings to receive rate quotes

International Requirements:

Custom Forms/Commercial Invoices must be generated when the label is created and affixed to the package.

Connect UPS One Balance in ShippingEasy

To connect UPS One Balance in ShippingEasy:

Click SHIPPING and select ONE BALANCE & CARRIERS from the left side navigation.
Click Add UPS.
Click I Agree and Continue.
Enter in address details and click Add UPS.

Important

Apostrophes cannot be used in the company name.
Combined First and Last Name cannot exceed 20 characters.

UPS is now added to your ShippingEasy account and available for use!
