SCOUT topShelf
SCOUT TopShelf is cloud-based inventory management software. It empowers shippers to connect data across multiple marketplaces and shopping carts. The integration with ShippingEasy is highly flexible, allowing your new orders to originate in either SCOUT topShelf or ShippingEasy. Once orders are shipped, the shipment information will update back to your SCOUT topShelf account.
Depending on your workflow, you can opt to enter your new orders into SCOUT topShelf or ShippingEasy. However, you will need to choose just one of these options when you integrate your accounts:
Standard Integration:

In this version of the integration, orders originate in SCOUT topShelf and are pushed up to ShippingEasy for Shipment.
Pick and Pack Integration:

In this version of the integration, orders originate in ShippingEasy and are pushed down to SCOUT topShelf for pick and pack.

How to connect your SCOUT topShelf to an existing ShippingEasy account

Select Scout from the Platform drop-down.

Enter your Scout URL (https://xxxxxxxx.scoutsft.com where xxxxx is your topShelf instance/main admin name) in the Store URL field. Example: https://Lakeside.scoutsft.com

Click Save.
Provide your Scout store credentials to ShippingEasy:

Within ShippingEasy, go to SETTINGS >> STORES & ORDERS. Under your Scout store, locate the Store API Key.

Open ShippingEasy again in another web browser and navigate to SETTINGS >> API CREDENTIALS. Locate your API Key and API Secret.

In a new web browser, go to https://integrations.scoutsft.com and log in with your SCOUT topShelp main admin credentials.

Click the Add ShippingEasy License button. If the button is not there, speak to your SCOUT rep.

The first time you integrate your account, click the Run Setup Scripts button.

Add a License Name and Description. This can be any text, typically your company name.

Copy and paste your API Key, API Secret , and Store API Key from the open ShippingEasy windows.

Specify the Weight Unit your products use (LB, OZ, KG).
Tip
Set the same units in ShippingEasy:

Go to SETTINGS >> STORES & ORDERS.

Under your Scout store, click Edit store details.

Set the Unit of Measure to the same unit you set in Scout.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and Save the change.

Select which integration version you wish to set up: Standard or Pick & Pack.

Check Enable and click Save.
