Manage my Merchant Fulfilled Prime Orders
ShippingEasy makes it easy for Amazon merchants to consolidate all their orders in one place.
ShippingEasy does not read Amazon Prime orders from your Seller Central account unless the Prime feature is enabled in ShippingEasy. This is to prevent the accidental shipping of Amazon Prime orders using non-Amazon shipping labels.
Contact our Customer Success team to enable Merchant Fulfilled Prime for your ShippingEasy account. Customers on the Starter plan can email support@shippingeasy.com with their account information to request Merchant Fulfilled Prime.
Once you have Amazon Prime enabled, you can customize the ORDERS page to make it easier to find and prioritize Amazon Merchant Fulfilled orders using Prime.

ShippingEasy provides optional columns on the ORDERS page. The "Prime" column will display a "Prime" icon next to each of your Amazon Merchant Fulfilled orders using Prime.
Now your ORDERS page will include the "Prime" icon alongside the rest of the order details!
-
Click the link for Arrange Columns.
-
Scroll down the list of available columns that are listed on the left until you see the entry for Prime. Click the arrow > to the right of Prime to move it to the "Show Columns" list on the right.
-
Drag the entry to the position you want.
-
Click Save at the bottom of the list.
ShippingEasy's filters make it easy to narrow down your unshipped orders. Amazon sellers find it helpful to filter their orders by Prime status. To do so, follow these steps.
ShippingEasy's filters pair well with sorting. Sorting enables you to display orders in a particular order. Learn more about searching and sorting orders.
When you use the same combinations of column sorting and filters every time you ship packages, it makes sense to store them in a Saved View. Saved Views streamline shipping by helping you to apply your preferences with a single click.
-
Configure one or more filters. Also, apply any column sorting you wish to save to the view. Example: Filter for Prime Orders and sort by "Age", oldest first.
-
In the upper right corner above your order view, click the Save Filter View link.
-
Name your filter and click the Save button.
Note
Saved Filters' names are limited to 25 characters.
Now you can use the Saved Filters drop-down menu to select your saved filtered views.
One fast technique for fulfilling Prime orders is to create Shipping Presets on the READY TO SHIP page and then define Shipping Rules that assign those Shipping Presets to your Amazon Prime orders.
When shipping Amazon Prime orders, ShippingEasy only displays Shipping Presets that specify Amazon carrier services. Any of your Shipping Presets which specify non-Amazon services will not be available for Amazon Prime orders. This is because Amazon Prime orders can only be shipped using Amazon shipping services.
Important
Shipping Presets for Amazon carrier services can only be created on the READY TO SHIP page.
ShippingEasy will not apply previous selections to Amazon Prime orders.
Once you have set up Shipping Presets on the READY TO SHIP page, you can purchase multiple orders at one time using the Buy Labels button on the ORDERS page. Learn more about Buy & Print.
Using the Order is Amazon Prime condition, select is true.

Then use the THEN to apply a Shipping Preset, order category, and/or other action.
Tip
Use a Barcode Scanner for even faster shipping! Once you have Shipping Preset set up, you can apply these to shipments using your barcode scanner. Learn how to use barcode scanning with ShippingEasy
