CUSTOMER ADDRESSES Page | Guide
Saving your most frequent customer's addresses on the CUSTOMER ADDRESSES page can reduce time spent on Order Details.
There are three ways your can save your customer addresses within ShippingEasy:

Add customer addresses one at a time within the CUSTOMER ADDRESSES page.

Upload a CSV file of customer addresses on the CUSTOMER ADDRESSES page.
CSV Addresses Create New Records In ShippingEasy
If you upload a new CSV file of Customer Addresses, ShippingEasy will create a new record for each address in the file. If you include customer addresses in the CSV file that have already been saved to your CUSTOMER ADDRESSES settings, duplicate address entries will be saved.

Save addresses as you enter them into Manual Orders.
You can find this page by navigating to SETTINGS >> CUSTOMER ADDRESSES.

Name: Full name of the customer to appear on the label.

Company: Company of the customer if applicable.

Address: The address appears as entered manually or from the CSV file. We will automatically assign the United States if the country is not specified.

Email: This email will be where shipment notifications are sent.

Upload Addresses: You can add multiple customer addresses in bulk by selecting the Upload Addresses option. This will take you to a new page where you can upload a CSV file. The file can be no larger than 3 MB.

Add New: You can add an individual customer address by clicking this button.

Edit Address: You can edit an individual customer address by clicking the pencil icon on the far right end of the customer listing.

Delete Address: You can delete an individual customer address by clicking the X on the far right end of the customer listing.
