What data is available within Reports?

ShippingEasy's REPORTS page features a set of pre-configured reports with the added option to create custom reports.

Note

In order to access Inventory Reports, you must have the Inventory add-on. Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.

Email Address

Email address used to receive the shipment confirmation email or alias provided by platform (ie: Amazon, eBay).

Insurance Cost

If you added insurance, amount your business paid for shipment insurance; relates to the declared value for coverage.

This column will have a value when the SKU is an alias, otherwise, the cell will be blank

The SKU of the product

Shortage

For Low Stock Products, this is the amount of stock necessary to meet the Low Stock Threshold (Threshold minus Available)

Shortage by Date

The difference between the Current Low Stock Threshold and the Available by Date

Stock

The total Stock (Available plus Committed) of the product
