Eleventh Avenue

Eleventh Avenue integrates directly with ShippingEasy. Eleventh Avenue is a platform for selling your products which makes it easy to receive orders and ship them to your customers. Unlike most ShippingEasy store integrations, orders are not periodically pulled into your ShippingEasy account by the ShippingEasy application. Instead, orders are sent by your Eleventh Avenue store. The orders are sent as soon as they are entered, so there is no delay. Once shipped, shipment data will be sent back to your Eleventh Avenue store.

Eleventh Avenue Integration Requirements

Connection Requirements:

  • You must have a live account with Eleventh Avenue.

Order Requirements:

  • Since orders only get sent from Eleventh Avenue to ShippingEasy when an order is entered, existing orders will not be sent automatically to ShippingEasy.

    Only new orders entered after Eleventh Avenue is installed and configured will orders get sent automatically to ShippingEasy.

Connect an Eleventh Avenue Store to ShippingEasy

How to connect your Eleventh Avenue store to an existing ShippingEasy account

  1. Select Eleventh Avenue from the Platform dropdown and then enter your Store URL.

  2. Fill in the settings you want ShippingEasy to use for this store: name, address, etc. Under API Configuration you will need to update your Shipment Callback Path which is located in your Eleventh Avenue store.

  3. Open another browser window or tab and log in to your Eleventh Avenue account.

  4. Navigate to Shipping from the left-hand menu. Then click on ShippingEasy from the list of partners.

  5. Copy the Shipment Callback Path.

  6. Go back to the browser with ShippingEasy, and paste in the Shipment Callback Path.

  7. When you are finished entering your Eleventh Avenue store settings, click Save.

Add API credentials to Eleventh Avenue

  1. Copy the Store API Key from the STORES & ORDERS page.

  2. Open another browser window or tab and log in to your Eleventh Avenue account.

  3. Once you are logged into Eleventh Avenue, navigate to Shipping from the left-hand menu. Then click on ShippingEasy from the list of partners.

  4. Paste the Store API Key value that you copied from ShippingEasy into the Store API Key field on Eleventh Avenue.

  5. Go back to ShippingEasy and click on the SETTINGS tab. Then click API CREDENTIALS.

  6. From the API Credentials in ShippingEasy, copy the API Key.

  7. In Eleventh Avenue, paste the API Key from ShippingEasy.

  8. Again, from the API Credentials in ShippingEasy, copy the API Secret.

  9. In Eleventh Avenue, paste the API Secret from ShippingEasy.

  10. Click the Save button in Eleventh Avenue and you are done!

That's it! Your store is connected to ShippingEasy!

Supported Order Statuses

Eleventh Avenue order statuses map to ShippingEasy in the following way:

Other store statuses will not sync from Eleventh Avenue to ShippingEasy.

Eleventh Avenue Integration Notes

Order Information:

  • "Sync with Store" has no effect on Eleventh Avenue orders.

  • Orders that were placed before connecting your Eleventh Avenue store to ShippingEasy can be uploaded via Import Orders via CSV | How ToCSV file. Learn how to upload orders.

  • Eleventh Avenue assigns a hyphenated number to all orders, with the first being the Deal ID and the second as the Order ID. ShippingEasy uses the only Order ID in our app. For example 2355950-72376

    • 2355950=Deal ID

    • 72376=Order ID

    When looking up order numbers in ShippingEasy, use just the order ID to search!

  • If you cancel an order in your Eleventh Avenue store, it will automatically be removed from ShippingEasy as long as the order was still on the ORDERS page in ShippingEasy.

  • ShippingEasy will display the Item Name, SKUs, and Product Options from your Eleventh Avenue orders.

Shipment Changes and Updates:

  • When an Eleventh Avenue order is shipped, ShippingEasy sends the carrier and tracking number back to Eleventh Avenue.

  • Split Orders - Each order line item will be updated in Eleventh Avenue once it is shipped.

  • Combined Orders - All line items within the combined order will be updated in Eleventh Avenue.

Email Notifications:

  • Eleventh Avenue automatically sends shipment confirmation emails to your customer once their order has been shipped.

    To prevent duplicate emails to your buyers, do not turn on the shipping confirmation email option in ShippingEasy.
