Edit an Address on the READY TO SHIP page How To

Once you have sent an order to the READY TO SHIP page, you may need to edit the Ship To and Ship From addresses before completing the order.

How to: Edit the Ship From address

The Ship From address is populated from your STORE ADDRESSES settings from the SETTINGS tab. Your account configuration will determine which address is mapped to each shipment. Learn how addresses are assigned to orders.

Once the address you require is correct in your STORE ADDRESSES, you are ready to edit the Ship From address for your order on the READY TO SHIP page.

  1. Click on the Shipping Address to expand the box and reveal the address.

  2. Click Edit next to Ship From.

    Box highlights the Edit link under the FROM shipping address

  3. Choose the correct address on the pop-up screen.

  4. Click Update.

How to: Edit the Ship To address

The Ship To address is populated from your order, as synced from your store, or uploaded manually.

  1. Click on the Shipping Address to expand the box and reveal the address.

  2. Click Edit next to Ship To.

    Box highlights the Edit link under the TO (destination) shipping address

  3. Make corrections in the pop-up screen.

    Shows popup with fields for Shipping Destination, other contact info, + Cancel & Update buttons.

  4. Click Update.
