Can I add multiple packages to my USPS shipments?

No, we do not currently support adding multiple packages to USPS shipments on the BATCHES page, however, you can still achieve this in other ways.

The best way to accomplish this would be to split the order on the ORDERS page. This allows you to easily create two labels for the order while shipping some items in one box and the remaining items in the other. Learn more about splitting an order.

Another option would be to create a duplicate label. Begin by setting up one label for the order and then manually adjust the weight to that of the first package on the ORDERS page. Then, from the SHIPMENT HISTORY page, create a duplicate label and manually adjust the weight to that of the 2nd package. Learn more about how to create a duplicate label.

Can I add multiple packages to international shipments?

Only non-UPS from ShippingEasy One Balance accounts support international multiple package shipments at this time. You will see the option to add multiple packages from the Order Details slideout when shipping internationally.

Note

For international shipments, only one customs form is printed per the entire shipment.

We have more details on this feature - including how to set this up - in our step-by-step guide.

Can I print return labels for multiple package shipments?

You cannot create a single return label for a multi-box shipment. You can create as many individual return labels as you need for the number of shipments being returned.
