What does the flag next to my shipment mean?

If you see a flag/exclamation point symbol that looks like this:

The shipment history page shows an error message that says there was an error notifying your store that this order shipped.

This means that ShippingEasy was unable to update your store with a shipped status and/or carrier and tracking information.

Sometimes the connection between ShippingEasy and your store simply times out. So, we recommend retrying the store order update first. Find out how to Update your Store with Shipment Tracking.
