When you select a carrier and service, your rates will depend on a mix of the package weight and dimensions. As such, every shipment should include weight and dimensions to ensure accurate rate quotes.

Weight:
When product weights are configured in your store, the weight of line items will automatically pull into ShippingEasy with your orders. This will then be used to calculate your shipment weight.
If you have not set up product weights in your store, you will need to provide a shipment weight to get a postage rate. You can do so manually for each shipment. Or use one of ShippingEasy's automated options to assign weights.
Use the Product Catalog, Shipping Rules, or integrate your USB scale to assign weights to your orders.
Product Catalog:
