Can I use a return address different from my shipping location?

Yes! In your STORES & ORDERS settings, you can update your store's Shipping Address to your return address and use the shipment origin postal code for the Ship From Postal Code. This will allow your return address to be printed on your shipping label instead of the Ship From address.

Ship From Postal Code

You must use the postal code of your Ship From address as the Ship From Postal Code in your store settings. For example, this may be the postal code of the post office where you drop off your shipments.

Using the correct postal code ensures that the correct postage rate is calculated for your shipment.

To set your return address as your store's Shipping Address:

Go to the SETTINGS tab. Then, click on SHIP FROM ADDRESSES under ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
Click the Add Address button.
Enter your return address information, then click the Save Address button.
Go back to the SETTINGS tab and click STORES & ORDERS.
Click Edit store settings for the store you want to edit.
Select your newly added return address from the Shipping Address drop-down menu.
Enter the postal code of the location where you will be dropping off your packages into the Ship From Postal Code field.
Click the Save button.
