If the shipping address on an order changes after syncing into ShippingEasy, you can quickly update the address from the ORDERS page before processing the shipment.
- On the ORDERS page, locate the order.
- Along the order line, click the pencil icon.
- The Order Details box will be displayed. Click the pencil icon next to the address.
- The Edit Address fields will appear where you can make edits.
If an address is invalid, click on the "red triangle" icon to make edits to the address:
An Orders Details box will appear in which you can select to "Fix" the address or "Use Anyway":
Rate quotes will become available once the address has been updated.
- Click the Update button.
