ACH Billing for One Balance | Troubleshoot

One Balance from ShippingEasy is powered by Stamps.com. You can contact Stamps.com to set up funding balance purchases through bank drafts via ACH. Learn more about ACH billing.

On occasion, there may be a problem setting up ACH billing for your One Balance account. When that happens, consider the following:

Do you have a One Balance account registered in ShippingEasy?

You can verify this information by navigating to the ONE BALANCE AND CARRIERS page via the One Balance and Carriers link in the top right of your account. There you will find the links to connect you One Balance account.

If you do not see a One Balance account, you will need to open one. Learn how to create a new Stamps.com account.

Is your One Balance account suspended?

You can verify this information by navigating to the ONE BALANCE AND CARRIERS page via the One Balance and Carriers link in the top right of your account. Below your One Balance account details, you may see a note indicating that your "Account has been suspended".

If you see that your account is suspended, you will need to unsuspend the account. Learn how to unsuspend your account.

Is your One Balance account disconnected?

You can verify this information by navigating to the ONE BALANCE AND CARRIERS page via theOne Balance and Carriers link in the top right of your account. If you have previously opened a One Balance account through ShippingEasy, but it is not listed in your account, it's possible that the account has been disconnected.

If you believe your account is disconnected, you will need to reconnect it. Learn how to reconnect your account.

Have you purchased a label in the last 60 days?

One Balance requires that an account have recent activity before changing the payment method. You can verify when you last purchased a label on the SHIPMENT HISTORY page. Using the left hand menu, filter your shipments to "In the last" 60 days. Learn how to filter your shipments. Review the search results for One Balance label purchases.

If you do not see any One Balance label purchases in the last 60 days, you will need to purchase a label. Learn how to print a shipping label.
