How do I Locate My One Balance Security Credentials?

You can easily find your One Balance account's information - including your Account ID, username, password, and Security Question Answer - within your ONE BALANCE AND CARRIERS settings.

  1. Click CARRIER FUNDS  in the sidebar of the app.

  2. Locate the Manage Passwords link and click on it.

    In this case, you will see five things: your Stamps Username, Account ID, Password, and your Security Answers.

You can now use this information to access your Stamps account information on their login page using:

  • Username

  • Password
