How do I get existing LuLaRoe orders synced to my new ShippingEasy account?
Any LuLaRoe orders that were already Complete at the time that you integrated BLESS with ShippingEasy will not be sent by BLESS to ShippingEasy. Those older orders can be uploaded into ShippingEasy via the following ways:

Add Individual Orders Manually: This is the fastest way to sync orders to ShippingEasy that were marked as Complete in BLESS before you connected BLESS to ShippingEasy.

Import a CSV File of Your Orders: A CSV file is a condensed data document in which you can compile details for all your pending shipments. With a single action, you can upload all of these orders to ShippingEasy.
Expand the following sections to learn how to add your orders manually or import a CSV.

Go to the ORDERS page.

The ADD ORDER page will populate with a few required fields and a few optional fields.

Fill in the fields you need for your order.
The more fields you fill in, the more shipment details will be available in ShippingEasy. The following fields are required:

Paste an Address: Paste the address and then click Parse Address or enter the address line by line by selecting Show Fields.

Order Number: This field auto-populates by default. You may edit this field to create a custom order number. You can use a maximum of 40 characters.

Item Name: If your Product Catalog is configured, just type in the item name or SKU to see a list of matching entries. Select an entry to automatically populate the rest of the line item details.

Weight: This is used to determine the postage cost.

Complete the order via one of three options or cancel to exit without saving.

Buy Label: Select a Shipping preset and buy a label now.

Get Rates: Send the order to the READY TO SHIP page.

Add Order: Save the order to the ORDERS page.

Cancel: Discards the order.

Custom Order Numbers
You may want to enter the Item Name or Product Options in the custom order number so you can see more detailed notes right on the label of what items to include in the shipment (since ShippingEasy includes the Order Number field on the label).
In ShippingEasy, you can upload a CSV file of your orders that you have exported from BLESS. Learn more about exporting your orders from BLESS to a CSV file.
To import orders from a CSV file:

Click the Upload Orders link from the drop-down menu under the Add Orders button.
You will be taken to the UPLOAD CSV FILE page.

Click on the Browse button to search your hard drive for your file.
The CSV file you select cannot be larger than 3MB.

Select the file with the orders you wish to upload.

Select the CSV store you would like the orders to upload to.

Click Upload Orders.
Note
To select a different file or delete the file that you have already selected, click on the Edit or X button to the right of the entry box.

Map the columns of your CSV to the fields ShippingEasy uses to store your order data.
The mapping page in ShippingEasy has a list of all of the order data that can be saved on our app. The data that have an asterisk are mandatory fields that must be assigned a matching column of data from your CSV file.
As an example, a CSV spreadsheet could have the following header columns:
Use the drop-down menu next to the column header to select the corresponding column headers from your CSV.
Important
Any columns that are missing headers or titles in your CSV file will typically cause the CSV upload to fail. Make sure each column in your CSV file contains a header/title.
Using the example headers from the image above, the drop-down menu would look like this:
For orders with multiple line items or if a customer has ordered from your store more than once and you would like to combine these orders, you must set the Order # to the same value. This is the unique identifier that will allow ShippingEasy to 'merge' these two rows together upon upload.

Select if you'd like to skip address validation for the upload.
If you choose to skip validation for all, you will still see the red triangles for the unverified addresses in the app. If you skip validation individually, you will no longer see the red triangle in the app (as you already chose once).
In the Upload Review screen, you will see a notification for if you chose to skip validation or if you didn’t. If you did not and you now want to choose “use anyway” in bulk, you can click the link to Reprocess & Skip Verification.
This will take you back to the Upload page where you will see the Ready button again.

If your CSV is always in the same format, you might want to save the configuration that you have just created. You can save the configuration by entering a name for it in the box labeled Save these settings for future imports as.

Click Continue to finish your file upload.
The file will be listed in the Current Uploads queue and the data will be processed into our database.

Click the green READY button once complete.
In the last step, you will have a chance to review the data for any errors.
Note
In the event you need to download the CSV file you uploaded, to confirm or change something, simple click the file name in blue.

Review the data for any errors.

Orders with errors detected are highlighted in light yellow. The field with the error is marked with an (!) - hover over the icon to learn more about the error.

Edit any data by clicking on the data field to expand a text editor.

Delete any data line by clicking the x icon at the right end of the line.

Complete the upload by clicking the Complete Upload button, once you have finished making any corrections.
Up to four CSV files can be uploading at one time. The freshly uploaded orders will then appear on the ORDERS page.
