ConnectEasy Identifier and Passphrase

The ConnectEasy Identifier and Passphrase are the credentials used to log into ConnectEasy. They are located on the CONNECTEASY page within the ShippingEasy app. Logged into ConnectEasy but still cannot print - take a look at our Printing with ConnectEasy Troubleshooting guide.

Follow these steps to access your credentials:

  1. Click SETTINGS from the navigation sidebar.

  2. Click CONNECTEASY under DEVICES AND HARDWARE.

  3. Click the copy icon next to the ConnectEasy Identifier and Passphrase to paste during installation and when logging back into the ConnectEasy application.
