Ecwid integrates directly with ShippingEasy. Ecwid is a platform for selling your products which makes it easy to receive orders and ship them to your customers. ShippingEasy will automatically send queries to read the orders from your Ecwid account and then load them into our application. Once shipped, shipment data will be sent back to your Ecwid store.
You must have a live account with Ecwid on the Ecwid Venture plan or higher.
Order Import Requirements:
Orders placed in the last 14 days will appear on the ORDERS page in ShippingEasy.
If you have orders older than 14 days, you can create manual orders for these shipments. Learn more about creating manual orders.
Orders must have the customer's shipping information complete in Ecwid to sync to ShippingEasy.
Ecwid Legacy Stores
ShippingEasy's original integration with Ecwid used an older version of Ecwid's software. In February 2017, we updated our integration using Ecwid's new software.
If you integrated Ecwid with ShippingEasy before we launched our new integration, your store will display in ShippingEasy as Ecwid (Legacy).
How to connect Ecwid to an existing ShippingEasy account
Select Ecwid from the Platform drop-down menu, then click Save.
You will then be prompted to log into Ecwid.
Enter your email and password in Ecwid and click Sign In.
You will be asked to allow ShippingEasy access to your Ecwid store. Click the Accept button to complete the integration between ShippingEasy and your Ecwid store.
ShippingEasy's Ecwid integration supports the following features and order data fields:
Orders must have a payment status in Ecwid of Queued/Awaiting Payment or Accepted/Paid as well as a fulfillment status of New, Awaiting Processing, or Processing to be synced to ShippingEasy.

Because payment status names in Ecwid tend to vary depending on the account, the statuses Queued/Awaiting Payment and Accepted/Paid can be used interchangeably.
Ecwid does not recognize a partially shipped fulfillment status. If you split an Ecwid order in ShippingEasy and ship part of the order, ShippingEasy will update the order in Ecwid with the tracking number.
On each subsequent shipment of the split order, ShippingEasy will replace the tracking number in Ecwid with the tracking number of the most recent shipment. All of the tracking numbers for the split order will not be updated to Ecwid.
Ecwid automatically sends shipment confirmation emails to your customer once their order has been shipped. You can opt to have ShippingEasy send your customers shipment notification emails.
If you choose to send shipment notification emails from ShippingEasy, we recommend reviewing your customer email notification settings in Ecwid to avoid duplicate emails.
