By law, all outbound marketing emails from merchants are required to have a section containing the merchant’s physical address, and the ability to unsubscribe from communication between a buyer and a merchant.
This information is automatically inserted at the bottom of all of your marketing emails. You can modify your company name and physical address at any time on the MARKETING SETTINGS page.
To change your Unsubscribe Address information:
- Navigate to MARKETING SETTINGS underneath the Marketing dropdown
- Click "Unsubscribe Address" on the left-hand side.
- Your information currently on record will display. If you’d like to modify it, simply edit the appropriate field.
- Click "Save". That’s it - your updated information will now appear at the bottom of all outbound communications from Customer Marketing.
