Look Up Order History for a Customer | How To

This feature is available to Customer Marketing subscribers. Learn more.

ShippingEasy's Customer Marketing feature allows you to review the complete email and purchase history of a customer on the CONTACT PROFILE page. The purchase history includes all line items for shipped and unshipped orders.

The CONTACT PROFILE page is also where you can send plain text emails to individual customers and edit their contact information.

To look up a customer's order history:

  1. From the navigation bar, expand the MARKETING tab and select CONTACTS.
  2. Click on the name of the customer you want to view history for.
  3. You will see a complete buyer profile with links to each order they have placed.
    On the CONTACT PROFILE page, you will also see options to:
    • Send Email: Send a plain text email to the customer. Learn more.
    • Add Note: Include a note.
    • Manage Tags: Add or remove tags. Learn more.
    • View Campaigns: See which campaigns include the customer.
    • Manage Lists: See which lists include the customer.
    • View Email History: See which emails they have received. Clicking the entry for each email will display the email that was sent.
