Importing products from your store into the ShippingEasy product catalog is easier than ever. If your products are listed on your store and they have an SKU, use this guide to populate your product catalog quickly and easily.

Step by Step Guide

The fastest and easiest way to get your products into the ShippingEasy product catalog is to go to the product catalog by hovering over “Inventory” on the blue bar at the top:

Select “Import from Stores” from the “Add Products” drop down:

Clicking this option will bring up a list of stores we are able to import products from:

Deselect any you don’t want, and click continue. Before the import, you arrange the stores in order of accurate product information, as well as advising you that your product catalog will be locked during this process while it updates:

When you click start update your product catalog will look like this until the process is complete:

Once it’s done, any products with SKUs will have all their information imported into your product catalog.

 

Beyond that, ShippingEasy will automatically add any new SKU it sees to the product catalog with any downloaded information. If you need to, it can be disabled on a store by store basis from the store settings page. Click Store and Orders on the settings page:

Click on the store for which you wish to disable automatic product import, and go to the products tab:

Then uncheck the box that says “Add Products Automatically”
