ShippingEasy is removing the Amazon Feedback Management feature from the Customer Marketing tool, effective June 30, 2020.

The following Amazon Feedback Management features will be removed:

  • Product Review Tracking
  • Seller Feedback Trackings

Keep in mind, you will still be able to use ShippingEasy to send Amazon Product Review Request and Seller Feedback Request automated campaigns.

ShippingEasy can track reviews of Amazon products and send you email notifications for each review. This allows you to monitor reviews from Amazon buyers and follow up appropriately. You can track up to three products for free. There is also a dashboard that provides review insights at a glance. Seven days after integrating an Amazon store, ShippingEasy will start tracking Product Reviews for your most popular Amazon product ASIN (most frequently ordered). This default tracked product can be removed or replaced at any time.

To select Amazon product ASINs for tracking reviews and feedback:

  1. From the navigation bar, hover over MARKETING and select AMAZON FEEDBACK MANAGEMENT from the menu.
  2. Click the tab for Product Reviews.
  3. Navigate to the MANAGE TRACKED PRODUCTS page. The next click depends on whether or not this is your first time to the PRODUCT REVIEWS page.
    If this is your first time adding products: If you have previously visited the page:
    You will see a window that describes the benefits of tracking Amazon products. Click Get Set Up.
    Click the Manage tracked products button.
  4. On the MANAGE TRACKED PRODUCTS page, you will find two ways to choose which products you are tracking.
    • Import from your Product Catalog: the fastest option if you have set up your ShippingEasy Product Catalog. Add Amazon products to your Product Catalog
    • Paste in specific ASINs: a straightforward option if you know the ASINs (Amazon Specific Identification Number) for the products you want to track.amazon_feedback_management_ASIN_highlighted.PNG

    If you are tracking a product with multiple variations, you only need to enter one product variation SKU. ShippingEasy will pull in reviews for all variations of the product.

    Import from your ShippingEasy Product Catalog

    • Click Import From Product Catalog button.
    • Check the box next to the products you would like to import.
    • Click Track Products button.

    Paste in specify product ASINs

    • Enter the Amazon Specific Identification Number (ASIN) for each product. The ASIN is available on Amazon’s detail page for the product. Learn more. You can enter multiple ASINs, one per line.
    • To the right of the ASIN, click Track Products.

    If you have not yet added Amazon Feedback Management to your ShippingEasy subscription, you can track 3 products for free. Find out how much it costs to track more products.

  5. A message will appear confirming you are tracking products.
  6. ShippingEasy will display each ASIN that was entered in the list of "Your Tracked Products". Once enabled, it may take up to 24 hours for your products reviews to appear. 30 historical product reviews will be pulled in (if available) and new reviews will be updated daily.
    NOTE: ShippingEasy updates your product reviews twice each day. Until the first update, the tracking status for a recently added ASIN is "Pending..." Check the dashboard the next day to see review data for a recently added ASIN.
  7. Now you are ready to view and respond to Amazon Product Reviews in ShippingEasy!
