How to: Save my Customer Marketing contacts

As each order is downloaded from your stores, ShippingEasy automatically adds the customer to your customer list. If you have additional customers from before you started using Customer Marketing or prospects who have never purchased from you, it's easy to add them as well. This allows you to target those customers with email messages from Customer Marketing.

If your list of customers/prospects is contained in a CSV file, you can upload that file to Customer Marketing. Learn more.

If you want to paste one or more customer email addresses and save to Customer Marketing, that's easy to do as well!

Add a single customer

  1. Navigate to the MARKETING menu entry from anywhere in ShippingEasy.marketingNav.png
  2. Click the CUSTOMER LIST entry.

  4. Click the Add Single Customer (form) entry.

  6. (Optional) Enter your customer's First Name and Last Name.
  7. (Optional) Click the Add Additional Information link.

  8. (Optional) Specify additional information about your customer.
    • Company
    • Phone Number
    • Tags to apply to the new customer. Learn more.
    • Lists to which this new customer should be added. Note that you can also have the customer added to a brand new list. Learn more.
    • Street Address
  9. Click the Save Customer button to save.

Add multiple customers

  1. Point to the MARKETING menu entry from anywhere in ShippingEasy.marketingNav.png
  2. Click the CUSTOMER LIST entry.

  4. Click the Add Many Customers (paste) entry.

  5. Enter the email addresses for each of your customers. You can put each email address on a separate row or put a space or comma between each email address.Screen_Shot_2018-10-30_at_6.32.13_PM.png
  6. (Optional) Click the Add Additional Information link.

  8. Click the Add Customers button to save.
