Packing Slips

This guide will cover how to configure your packing slip settings within ShippingEasy.

Step by Step Guide:

Click Packing Slips from the Settings page:

ShippingEasy defaults to the standard packing slip template but you can click template if you want to adjust the default:

On the left side, you can click on each prebuilt template to see the preview on the right. Be sure to select one that matches your paper size:

On the right, you can click “Modify Template” if you want to make changes to the template, but unless you need something specific, everything you need should be in one of the prebuilt templates:

At the bottom, you can adjust the name of the template, as well as set it to as the default for domestic, international, or both:

You can see which templates are the default for domestic and international, and delete them using the X on the right side:

After you set your desired template, be sure to select the correct paper size and orientation back on the main settings page:

If you need to set up a different size and orientation for printing on the orders page, you can use the check-box and drop down immediately below to configure that:
