Order Categories

Order Categories are an easy and efficient way of organizing your orders page. This guide goes over how to create and utilize order categories. 

Step by Step Walkthrough:

Order Categories are created on the order categories section of the settings page:

Click “Add New” on the right side, and give the category a name and color:

Once the category is created, there are 2 ways to add orders to it.

  1. From the orders page, just select all the orders you want to categorize, and add them from the “More” drop-down on the orders page:OC3.png
  1. You can also assign orders to an order category with a shipping rule:

You can then filter by categories on the orders page to make it easy to see those orders:
