Order Categories

Order Categories are an easy and efficient way of organizing your orders page. This guide goes over how to create and utilize order categories. 

Step by Step Walkthrough

Order Categories are created on the order categories section of the settings page:

Click “Add New” on the right side, and give the category a name and color:

Once the category is created, there are 2 ways to add orders to it.

  1. From the orders page, just select all the orders you want to categorize, and add them from the “More” drop-down on the orders page:

  2. You can also assign orders to an order category with a shipping rule:

You can then filter by categories on the orders page to make it easy to see those orders:
