If you have multiple people handling your shipping or multiple locations from which you ship, it might be a good idea to set up a list of Users, each with their own login.
From a quality control standpoint, taking the time to do this allows you to make sure that the right people are fulfilling the right Orders, and provides a reference of who shipped which orders.
You can set up different default Ship From Addresses for each User, and even control permissions that will restrict them to only the activities you want to allow for them. For example, if you’re not using the Auto-Refill Postage option (which we highly recommend you do) then maybe you want to restrict who can buy more postage for your USPS account balance.
If you are setting up Users based on location, it’s a good idea to add their Ship From Addresses as Store Addresses so that you can select that as their default when you create the user.
