There can be as many people logged into your ShippingEasy account under one login at a time or you can create multiple user logins. Users can have a different ship-from address, receive assigned orders, or be restricted within the app using permissions. This step-by-step guide will cover how to create new users, set a default ship from address, and adjust user permissions. If you are creating a user with a different default address, add the address(es) to your store addresses page first here: https://app.shippingeasy.com/settings/account_addresses
Click Settings in the top right, and select Users from the left side menu. You can also click the link below to access the settings menu: https://app.shippingeasy.com/settings/users
Select Add New in the top-right of your screen and fill in the following information:
- First and Last name
- Email Address - Unique email address that will be used to log in.
- Their Shipping Address - Select the address from the drop-down menu.
- Permissions - Each permission has a quick explanation detailing what it is for. This can be updated by the admin user at any time.
Click Invite User at the bottom. An email will be sent to the email address provided with a link to create a password and complete the creation of that user. There is an option to resend the email by clicking the email icon next to their username on the user settings page:
