How to: Import FBA shipment history

Importing your Amazon Fulfillment Network shipment information into ShippingEasy allows for better visibility of your order history fulfilled by Amazon, giving you more accurate data and reporting. Importing your FBA shipments also allows you to send Amazon Seller and Product Feedback requests, giving you an opportunity to interact with customers whose experience is vital to your reputation. Combine this with inventory tracking for FBA for more effective management of your Amazon store. Learn more about using Amazon Fulfillment Network with ShippingEasy.

NOTE: this feature is only supported on US-based Amazon stores. If you would like to see this feature added to another country, please provide your feedback in our Inventory Management forums.

These options will be configured in the STORES & ORDERS settings.

To import Amazon Fulfillment Network shipment history into ShippingEasy:

  1. Navigate to the SETTINGS tab.
  2. Under INTEGRATION, click on STORES & ORDERS.
  3. Locate the store for which you would like to import FBA shipments and/or inventory levels. Click the Edit Store Settings link.
  4. Go to the "Orders" tab. Select the box next to Import FBA shipments.
  5. Click Save.

That's it - your orders will now appear on ShippingEasy's SHIPMENT HISTORY page.

Why don't the FBA tracking numbers come through as well?


This would be helpful for when we are trying to send Amazon feedback emails for orders that have been delivered.

Thank you for your post!

Amazon currently does not provide the tracking number via the API for FBA shipments.  We currently recommend setting up the Amazon Feedback email campaigns based on ship date (just add in some extra time for delivery).  

Please also feel free to post in our Feature Request Forum regarding the ability to send those emails based on delivery date. Posting there puts your request in front of the Product Team and also allows you to receive an email when the enhancement has been prioritized and/or released.
