Importing your Amazon Fulfillment Network shipment information into ShippingEasy allows for better visibility of your order history fulfilled by Amazon, giving you more accurate data and reporting. Importing your FBA shipments also allows you to send Amazon Seller and Product Feedback requests, giving you an opportunity to interact with customers whose experience is vital to your reputation. NOTE: this feature is only supported on US-based Amazon stores. If you would like to see this feature added to another country, please provide your feedback in our Inventory Management forums.
These options will be configured in the STORES & ORDERS settings.
IMPORTANT: downloaded FBA shipments count toward your total monthly shipments. This may affect your subscription. Learn more.
To import Amazon Fulfillment Network shipment history into ShippingEasy:
- From the blue navigation menu, click the SETTINGS tab.
- Under INTEGRATION, click on STORES & ORDERS.
- Locate the Amazon.com store for which you would like to import FBA shipments and/or inventory levels. Click the Edit Store Settings link.
- Go to the "Orders" tab. Select the box next to Import FBA shipments.
- Click Save.
That's it - your orders will now appear on ShippingEasy's SHIPMENT HISTORY page.
