How to: Add a column to show which orders are Prime
ShippingEasy provides optional columns on the ORDERS page. The "Prime" column will display a "Prime" icon next to each of your Seller Fulfilled Prime orders.
- Go to the ORDERS page from the blue toolbar.
- Click the link for Arrange Columns.
- Scroll down the list of available columns that are listed on the left until you see the entry for Prime. Click the arrow > to the right of Prime to move it to the "Show Columns" list on the right.
- Drag the entry to the position you want.
- Click Save at the bottom of the list.
- Now your ORDERS page will include the "Prime" icon alongside the rest of the order details!
How to: Filter your unshipped orders for Prime orders
ShippingEasy's filters make it easy to narrow down your unshipped orders. Amazon sellers find it helpful to filter their orders by Prime status. To do so, follow these easy steps.
- Go to the ORDERS page from the blue toolbar.
- Click on the More Filters option then the "Prime" filter.
- Check the radio button next to Prime Orders.
- Now the ORDERS page will display only your Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime orders.
To go back to displaying all orders, just click the X button.
How to: Save your sort and filter settings for quick recall
ShippingEasy's filters pair well with sorting. Sorting enables you to display orders in a particular order. Learn more.
When you use the same combinations of column sorting and filters every time you ship packages, it makes sense to store them in a Saved View. Saved Views streamline shipping by helping you to apply your preferences with a single click.
- Go to the ORDERS page from the blue toolbar.
- Configure one or more filters. Also, apply any column sorting you wish to save to the view.
Example: Filter for Prime Orders and sort by "Age", oldest first.
- In the upper right corner above your order view, click the Save Filter View link.
- Name your filter and click the Save button.
Saved Filters' names are limited to 25 characters. - Now you can use the Saved Filters drop-down menu to select your saved filtered views. Learn more.
