What is FedEx International Economy Freight?

FedEx International Economy® Freight provides time-definite delivery, typically in 5 business days with flexible pickup and delivery options for skids weighing greater than 150 pounds. 

Service days are Monday through Friday with Saturday pickup available to many major markets. Exports from the U.S. are available to more than 130 countries and territories.

Express Freight Shipment Requirements:

Dimensions:

  • Dimensions are required
  • Maximum dimensions are: 119" length, 70" height, 80" width

Weight:

  • Weight is required
  • Must be greater than or equal to 151 pounds
  • Maximum weight is 2,200 pounds
NOTE: Packages or skids weighing in excess of 2,200 pounds or exceeds the maximum dimensions outlined above require prior approval by FedEx.
