How to use Wish with ShippingEasy

Wish integrates directly with ShippingEasy. Wish is a platform for selling your products which makes it easy to receive orders and ship them to your customers. ShippingEasy will automatically send queries to read the orders from your Wish account and then load them into our application. Once shipped, shipment data will be sent back to your Wish store. Syncing Orders

Once Wish is integrated with ShippingEasy, orders that have been placed in the last 14 days will begin to appear on the ORDERS page. The following are frequently asked questions about syncing orders from Wish to ShippingEasy.

How often are my orders synced from Wish to ShippingEasy?

By default, ShippingEasy will sync with your store hourly to pull in any new orders.

Are all orders sent from my Wish account to ShippingEasy?

No. Once an order has been placed, ShippingEasy will download the order if it is "Approved" (i.e. it needs to be shipped) and if it is unshipped.

ShippingEasy will never sync an order that is still in “require review.” Likewise, if an order is "Shipped" (i.e. has already been shipped) or "refunded" (i.e. already refunded, don’t ship), then it will not sync.

How do I get existing Wish orders synced to my new ShippingEasy account?

If you have orders older than 14 days old, you can create manual orders for these shipments. Learn how to add manual orders one-by-one or via a CSV file.

What happens if I click Sync on the ShippingEasy ORDERS page?

The Sync link prompts ShippingEasy to pull through orders in an approved status. If your store is set up for automatic order downloads, selecting the Sync link will download orders since the last time a sync completed.

A sync is run automatically each night and can be run manually using the Sync link.

If you have disabled the automatic order download, you must use Sync to download your orders. It can take 15-20 minutes for orders to populate after selecting Sync.

Will ShippingEasy display the Wish Express fulfillment date for my Wish orders?

Yes, the Wish Express date is displayed in an optional column on the ORDERS page: Ship By Date. This date matches the Ship By date listed in the Orders section of the Wish seller interface and indicates the latest date you should ship an order to ensure your package/s arrives to your buyer within the estimated delivery window. Shipment Changes and Updates

ShippingEasy updates your store with order information throughout the entire shipping process.

What information is sent back from ShippingEasy to Wish?

ShippingEasy will update the order status, as well as a tracking number, carrier, and carrier service.

Wish does not currently support recording the cost of a shipment, so that information is not sent from ShippingEasy back to Wish.

If I split an order in ShippingEasy, will ShippingEasy update both tracking numbers to Wish?

Wish does not have a "partially shipped" order status. If you split a Wish order in ShippingEasy, ShippingEasy will send the shipment information to Wish for all of the line items in the order when the first label is purchased. Per Wish, each overall order has a single recipient and should be shipped in full.

If an order is split in ShippingEasy, each subsequent shipment will override the prior tracking number stored in Wish.

If I combine two Wish orders in ShippingEasy, do both orders get updated in my Wish store?

Yes.

Wish does not recommend combining orders and recommends separate tracking numbers per order.
What happens when I use "Mark as Shipped" on a Wish order?

Selecting "Mark as Shipped" on the ORDERS page in ShippingEasy will send the shipment information back to Wish where it will be added to the order. The status of the order will change to “Shipped” in Wish.

If I create a duplicate shipment from SHIPMENT HISTORY, will the tracking number update in my Wish store?

No.

Orders and Product Information

ShippingEasy displays your order and product information on the ORDERS page, where you can customize what information you see. Learn more about customizing your ORDERS page.

What product information from Wish is displayed in ShippingEasy?

The following product details are displayed in ShippingEasy:

  1. Name
  2. SKUs
  3. Weights

This information can be found by navigating to SETTINGS > Edit Store Settings link under the Wish store listing.

Email Notifications

Once the order has been updated and marked as shipped in Wish, Wish automatically sends out customers' buyers Shipment Confirmation emails.

Customer Marketing

ShippingEasy offers a Customer Marketing solution to help build and grow relationships with your customers. Customer Marketing can be added to your ShippingEasy subscription at any time. A Customer Marketing subscription is managed by selecting a tier which determines how many emails you can send each month. Learn more about email credits.

Are buyers created in Customer Marketing for Wish customers?

No. Wish does not send us customer email addresses for Wish orders, so Wish customers are not available for customer marketing.

Inventory Management

What should I know if I integrate my Wish store with an inventory management software that also connects with ShippingEasy?

Platforms such as Solid Commerce, SynCommerce, and SCOUT topShelf allow you to integrate multiple selling channels for easy inventory management. ShippingEasy provides support for syncing orders from these platforms.

If you have integrated your Wish store with another platform that is also supported with ShippingEasy, we advise only connecting either the "hub" platform or your Wish store, but not both. Integrating both will cause your orders to sync in duplicate.

Troubleshooting tips

The following are common issues and resolutions that can occur with ShippingEasy’s Wish integration.

Why are my orders not downloading from Wish?

There are a few things that may prevent your Wish orders from syncing automatically:

  • Your store is disconnected from ShippingEasy.
  • You have marked the order as “shipped” in Wish.
  • The order/s are in a status of “refunded” or “require review” in Wish.
  • The order/s are older than 14 days old.
  • Your ShippingEasy account has been idle.
  • Automatic order downloads have been disabled for your ShippingEasy account.
