Shipping:
  • Added ability to sort Custom Fields on the ORDERS page. This makes it easy to organize orders by a Custom Field value. Learn more.
Inventory Management:
  • Added a new homepage for Inventory Management. Specifically for accounts that have not added Inventory Management to their subscription. The homepage provides an overview of Inventory Management features. It also includes buttons to see a demo of the feature or add it to their subscription. Learn more about Inventory Management.
Customer Marketing:
  • Added milestone emails for Customer Marketing. These alert the ShippingEasy account owner to important Customer Marketing activities and data. Six emails may be sent:

    • Customer Marketing Weekly Digest

      Sent to the merchant once a week to summarize their Customer Marketing activity. This will provide data on any of the features that are enabled and active, including: One-Time Campaigns, Automated Campaigns, Product Recommendations, Amazon Feedback & Product Reviews.

      • Campaigns data for the last week includes:
        • number of active campaigns
        • number of emails sent
        • open rates on emails
        • revenue generated from campaigns
      • Product Recommendations data for the last week includes:
        • number of products being actively recommended
        • number of emails sent that contained product recommendations
        • number of product recommendations clicked
        • revenue generated from product recommendations
      • Amazon Feedback & Product Reviews data for the last week includes:
        • number of Amazon orders
        • number of Amazon feedback emails sent
        • open rate on Amazon feedback emails
        • number of feedback received
    • Results for One-Time Campaigns

      Sent to the merchant seven days after the One-Time Campaign emails are sent. Includes the number of emails sent, percentage of emails that were opened, and revenue generated from the campaign.

    • First sales conversion for One-Time Campaign

      Sent to the merchant when the first sale is made from a One-Time Campaign. Includes the amount of revenue generated. Sent no more than once per campaign.

    • First sales conversion for Product Recommendations

      Sent to the merchant when the first sale is made from a customer who clicks on a Product Recommendations link. Includes the amount of revenue generated.

    • First email sent for Automated Campaign

      Sent to the merchant when the first email is sent for an Automated Campaign. Sent no more than once per campaign.

    • Tips for inactive Customer Marketing subscribers

      Sent to the merchant when no campaign emails were sent in the last 30 days. Sent no more than once a month, on the first of the month. Includes suggestions for using Customer Marketing to increase revenue.

Updates:

Shipping:
  • Added a new routing option for Shipping Rules: Drop Ship.
  • Added tooltip help to several pages.
    • On the SETTINGS > SHIPPING RULES page:
      • A tooltip walkthrough is featured on the CREATE SHIPPING RULE page. It automatically appears the first time the user visits the page. Then is available by clicking the (i) icon on subsequent visits to the page.
      • Added (i) icons next to key features on the EDIT SHIPPING RULE page. Hovering over the icon expands a tooltip with more information on configuring Shipping Rules.
    • On the REPORTS page: a tooltip walkthrough automatically appears the first time the user visits the page. Then is available by clicking the (i) icon on subsequent visits to the page.
  • Updated the image on the ShippingEasy login page at https://app.shippingeasy.com/login
Customer Marketing:
  • Added notifications for Amazon merchants who are setting up Amazon Automated Campaigns. Specifically if the Amazon store in ShippingEasy is configured with an @aol.com or @yahoo.com email address. Due to restrictions imposed by AOL and Yahoo, these email addresses are not supported for Amazon Automated Campaigns. The notifications walk the merchant through making updates in ShippingEasy and Amazon Seller Central. Learn more about setting up Amazon Automated Campaigns.
