How to: Download my past invoices

The ShippingEasy Subscription & Billing page allows you to quickly and easily review, and/or update your existing billing information, as well as download your past subscription, email and insurance invoices. 

Note, all invoices listed in ShippingEasy have been already been paid and not outstanding amounts are due. 

To download your past invoices:

  1. Navigate to the SETTINGS tab from anywhere in your account.

  2. Click on Subscription & Billing under Account Settings. 


  3. On the Subscription & Billing page, locate and select the "Invoices" tab.
  4. Review your past invoices and select: 
    1. The paper Screen_Shot_2018-02-13_at_6.25.25_PM.pngicon to view and/or print an invoice. 
    2. The downwards arrowScreen_Shot_2018-02-13_at_6.25.20_PM.png icon to download and save an invoice. 

You're done!
