To access, follow these steps:
- Select Amazon Seller Feedback Dashboard underneath the Marketing dropdown:
- You will be taken to your Amazon Seller Feedback Dashboard, which updates hourly. This
provides a summary view of your neutral and negative feedback left by Amazon buyers over the last 120 days. You can filter your reviews to a specific date range under the “Feedback Summary” section.
- The dashboard allows you to quickly take action on any feedback being left by your buyers by clicking on the Respond button under the "Buyer Feedback" section. This will take you directly to the appropriate Amazon Seller Central page, where you can respond to your buyer’s feedback.
