How to: Add Customer Marketing to my subscription

ShippingEasy offers a powerful and easy to use Customer Marketing solution. Organize and segment all of your customers’ contact and purchase history. Then easily act on those insights by setting up one time or automated marketing emails to help generate reviews, automate product follow ups, get repeat customers, and drive more orders. To add Customer Marketing to your subscription:

  1. From the blue navigation menu, click the SETTINGS tab.

  2. Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING under ACCOUNT SETTINGS.

  3. Scroll down to the "Available Add-Ons" section, locate Customer Marketing. Toggle the greyed Off button into the 'On' position.

    NOTE: the first 30 days are free. Then Customer Marketing will be billed monthly.

    The price for Customer Marketing is in addition to your ShippingEasy monthly subscription plan.

    It is also based on your plan level and includes E-mail Credits to be used each month for e-mail marketing campaigns. Find your plan level

    * Add-on e-mail credits can be purchased for $7 per 2,500 credits. Add-on credits roll-over if unused.

  4. Your subscription will be automatically updated to include access to the Customer Marketing features.
