How to: Add or remove Tags on an order

Order Tags are a great tool for organizing your orders and automating your shipping processes! Learn more.

NOTE: up to 10 tags can be added to each order.

How to: Add Tags to an order

  1. Navigate to the ORDERS page from the blue navigation bar.

  2. Locate the order you wish to tag.
  3. Expand the V action menu and select Edit Order.

  4. Locate the Tags field. Then type the name of the tag. If the order Tag already exists on another order in your account, it will be displayed below in blue as you type. Otherwise finish typing the name and then select it in blue below to add it.



  5. When done, click Update to save the changes.

How to: Remove Tags from an order 

  1. Navigate to the ORDERS page from the blue navigation bar.

  2. Locate the order you wish to update.
  3. Expand the V action menu and select Edit Order.

  4. Locate the Tags field.

  5. Click the x next to any tag you wish to remove.



  6. When done, click Update to save the changes.
