How to: Import my Shopify Product SKUs to my Products catalog

ShippingEasy can now import your Products and Variant SKUs directly from your Shopify store and add them to your Products catalog in ShippingEasy. This is a great way to update your Products and stock levels quickly! When you choose to Import Products from your Shopify store, ShippingEasy will take care of the following:

  • Add any SKUs that are not already included in your ShippingEasy Products catalog.
  • Set the initial stock level for newly added SKUs. These stock levels will match those in your Shopify store.
  • If you have Products with Variants SKUs, create the parent Product and any corresponding Variants. 
NOTE: ShippingEasy will only Import Products that do not yet exist in your Products catalog. Any Products that have already been added to your Products catalog will be ignored and will not be updated as part of the import process. This makes it easy to Import Products again, if you add more Products or variant SKUs to your Shopify store in the future.

To manually import your Shopify Product SKUs into your ShippingEasy Product Catalog:

  1. From the navigation page, click the SETTINGS tab.



  2. Under "INTEGRATIONS", click on STORES & ORDERS.



  3. Click the Edit Store Settings link under the specific store that you would like to enable ShippingEasy to send inventory updates. 


    NOTE: this feature is only supported on Shopify stores. If you would like to see this feature added for another platform, please provide your feedback in our Inventory Management forums.
  4. On the "Store Details" page, scroll down to the "Inventory Management" section. Within the "Store Update" section, locate Import SKUs from store to product catalog and click the Import Products button.  



  5. Refresh your browser to make sure all of your products are imported into ShippingEasy.

All of your Shopify products and variant SKUs have now been added to ShippingEasy!

NEXT: if you would like ShippingEasy to override the available stock listed in your Shopify store, you should also enable the "Set available stock at store" option. Learn more.

    I can't see Inventory Management in Store Details.I am using a free trial.How could I import all my shopify product to shipping easy.Please Help

    To access the Inventory Management features, you will first need to add Inventory Management to your account using the steps in the link below.

    I am not able to get the inventory dialog below.


    Is it because I am using trail version?? I am getting this.

    Hi Dsoma Wcs, and thanks for the reply.

    It looks like you need to complete your account registration and provide credit card billing details. You will not necessarily be billed for anything while you are on the free trial, but we do require it in case you incur any charges for additional shipping insurance or other add-on feature fees.

    You can use the steps in the link below to add billing information to your ShippingEasy account, which will then allow you to add the Inventory Management feature.
