If you're having issues with ShippingEasy not sending inventory updates to your eBay store, the issue could be related to your eBay listings. We recommend double-checking the following settings.
Have you linked all of your products in your ShippingEasy product catalog with your store?
In order for ShippingEasy to send inventory updates to your store, SKUs in your Products catalog must be linked with - or mapped to - the product listings in your store. This ensures that when stock levels change in ShippingEasy, those levels can also be reconciled in your store. Learn more about linking your product SKUs to your store.
Have you enabled the "Set available stock at store setting"?
In order for the inventory updates to be sent by ShippingEasy, you'll first need to enable the set available stock setting in your Store Settings in ShippingEasy. Learn more about sending inventory updates to your store.
Enabling this setting means that ShippingEasy controls your available inventory quantities. Any updates to your inventory levels should be made directly within ShippingEasy. If you edit the amount of inventory you have available on your sales channel directly, ShippingEasy will override these updates.
Have you setup multiple listings for the same product in your store?
If you have multiple listings for the same product in your store, ShippingEasy will only update one product listing per Product SKU. If you have multiple listings for the same product, on the same store, then each listing must be assigned a unique Product SKU.
In order for ShippingEasy to update all of the inventory levels in your eBay store you must alias each unique Product SKU to point to one inventory record in ShippingEasy. Learn more about assigning SKU aliases from the same store.
Are your eBay listings active and set to "Good Til' Canceled"?
In order for ShippingEasy to update the inventory levels on your eBay store, each of your product listings must be active. Once a listing ends, or is no longer active on eBay, ShippingEasy is no longer able to send updates for the Product SKU.
Setting your listing duration to "Good Til' Canceled" ensures that your listing remains active and does not expire before all of your inventory has been sold. Learn more about setting your listing to "Good Til' Canceled".
Have you enabled the "Out-Of-Stock" setting in eBay?
In order for ShippingEasy to update the inventory levels on your eBay store, each of your product listings must be active. Once an eBay listing goes to zero (or has no remaining inventory) it will end, unless the "Out-Of-Stock" feature has been enabled.
Enabling this setting means that your listings will remain active, but hidden from eBay search results, until more stock is received. Learn more about enabling "Out-Of-Stock" in eBay.
