The PRODUCTS page, often referred to as the "Product Catalog", stores a comprehensive list or database of the products you sell, including SKU details and images if available.
By default, ShippingEasy automatically saves products sold via the following store platforms:
When a ShippingEasy account has one of these store platforms integrated, ShippingEasy will check if orders contain new product SKUs. If a new SKU is found, it will be saved to your ShippingEasy Product catalog.
Should you wish to not save SKUs to your Products catalog, you can disable this option within your Stores & Orders settings.
To prevent store Products from being saved to ShippingEasy:
- Navigate to the SETTINGS tab from anywhere in ShippingEasy. Then click on STORES & ORDERS under INTEGRATION.
- Select the Store you would like to disable automatic Product Catalog uploads for, by clicking Edit store settings.
- Check the box next to Disable Automatic Product Catalog Upload, located within the Store Info section, just above the Store Logo.
