  • Added support for Dynamex, a carrier that Amazon makes available for same day deliveries. Dynamex services are only available for Amazon Prime orders. Learn more.


  • Enhanced Shopify integration to add support for gift orders. Shopify does not provide a standard feature for supporting gift orders. So, merchants will need to change their Shopify configuration to support both gift orders and gift messages. First, learn how to configure Shopify for gift orders. Then, find out how to process gift orders with ShippingEasy.
  • Removed the annual pre-pay option for ShippingEasy subscriptions. Existing users who have selected annual pre-pay will be allowed to keep it and it will renew automatically. However, no users may add this option going forward. In addition, users who are currently on annual pre-pay will be converted to month-to-month billing if any changes are made to the ShippingEasy subscription. Changes include adding a feature, upgrading, or downgrading. Learn more about annual pre-pay.
  • Resolved an issue impacting some user's ability to print Packing Slips. Now, all ShippingEasy users are able to print Packing Slips.
