For many store platforms, ShippingEasy will sync your customers' order comments. The comment bubble icon on the ORDERS page indicates that the order has a comment that the buyer entered in the shopping cart on your store platform.
ShippingEasy syncs customer comments from these stores
- Solid Commerce
View your Customer Comments
- Go to SHIPPING and click on ORDERS from the navigation bar.
- Click on "More Filters" in the filters toolbar above the orders.
- Filter orders with comments by expanding the "Notes" filter on the left-hand side and selecting "Customer"
- Click the comment bubble icon to open the Order Details that include the order information along with the customer comment:
Configure Shopify for Customer Order Comments
Shopify sellers have an option to collect "order notes" at their customer's checkout process. Sellers use order notes to capture additional information about the customer's order, for example, instructions on packing or shipping. These notes can be pulled into ShippingEasy as "customer order comments".
